Les Saisies is a ski resort, located in the Savoie region of France. The resort, is situated only 15 miles (30 min drive) from Megeve, which is the most elegant Alps resort in France close to Geneva airport. Les Saisies was built by the well known Rothchild family about 100 years ago! In the village, there are no multi high riser ski buildings here, but only elegant boutique shops and extravagant cozy holiday swiss choclate alp chalets. No wonder everyone wants to be in this region!! Les Saisies, in the summer, the mountainsides are a haven for walkers and Alpine wildlife, while mountain-bikers have specially constructed marked trails, plus two high-speed chair-lifts adapted to carry bikes. So if you're looking for the wow factor, you will only need to hike or take the chair lift up to the Balcon of Les Saisies where you have unspoilt views of the magnificant mountain ridge!

RECEPTION OPENING HOURS:
The reception is open every day from 8am to 11am and from 5pm to 7pm - Saturdays from 8am to 12pm and from 2pm to 8pm.
CHECK IN: Between 4:30 pm and 8 pm local time.
On 31 July arrival day reception will be open all day
CHECK OUT: Between 8 am and 10 am local time.
If your expected arrival is out of hours, please contact the reception desk prior to your traveling to arrange for your apartment keys upon your arrival.

All buses are equipped to transport mountain bikers and their equipment (trailers or holds).

TAXI: €210 for a 4 seater and €250 for a 7 seater by Taxi to the Apartment.
TRAIN: Approx. €30 - Return per adult to nearest town Albertville - then 30 min Taxi (€55) or Bus (€1.5) ride to the Apartment.

NON GLOBAL VACATIONS HOLIDAY MAKERS:
All non Global Vacations holiday makers in the area (who have not booked via Global Vacations) will have to pay the following if you would like to use our services:
1) £150 per family to use our Minyan
2) £150 per family to use our service of Kosher bread & Challas (one would of course need to pay extra for your bread and challas)
3) £150 per family to use our service of Kosher dairy products (one would of course need to pay extra for your dairy product items)
PLEASE NOTE: THE SWIMMING POOL OR SPA AREA WILL NOT BE OPEN TO ANY NON GLOBAL VACATIONS HOLIDAY MAKERS - NOT FOR SWIMMING & NOT FOR MIKVAH
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
A deposit or full payment is deemed to be a firm booking. Bookings are not confirmed until payment of the deposit or full payment is received and cleared. Full payment of the remaining balance after intial deposit is required 8 weeks before the date of entry.

Global Vacations cannot accept any liability for errors which may occur including inaccurate / incorrect data about accommodation services being present at the location or on the website and any publication. You are advised to double check and verify all data with other sources before booking your chosen accommodation.
BOOKING PAYMENTS:
50% deposit at time of booking.
Balance of 50% to be paid by the 1st June 2023.
TERMS OF CANCELLATION:
Until 01.05.2023: €300
From 01.05.2023 until 30 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
From 29 days to arrival: 100% cancellation fee.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT:
€400 for each apartment to be paid at reception upon arrival.
£250 for each family to be paid to Global Vacations upon booking.
